You will provide expert guidance from the first inquiry through enrollment, following up on student inquiries to uncover their needs and goals through phone-based interviews. By aligning their objectives with the right courses, you will assess their suitability and support them throughout their academic journey. Leveraging your relationship-building and sales skills, you will manage a pipeline of student inquiries to achieve enrollment targets, ensuring their needs are met from start to finish.
Key Accountabilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct outbound contact with prospective students to identify their needs and future goals.
- Apply a consultative sales approach that informs and educates.
- Self-manage a pipeline of students at various stages of the application process.
- Respond to prospective student inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Drive opportunities to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Schedule and attend appointments with prospective students, either on campus or virtually.
- Build strong rapport and relationships with prospective students, leading to trust and positive decision outcomes.
- Deliver an excellent student experience by supporting them from course commencement through to graduation.
- Ensure smooth execution of physical or virtual events, including Open Days and Postgraduate Days, to drive enrollment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Sales.
- Passion for relationship building, customer service, and a drive for sales.
- Experience with consultative sales techniques and proven sales or contact center experience.
- Self-starter with a strong focus on results and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs with a proven track record.
- Energetic, fast learner, and good team player.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Curious and eager to expand knowledge, with a willingness to research competitors and related courses.
