Who are we looking for

We are looking for an experienced Structural Revit Modeller to support and work closely within the New Zealand Structural Documentation team.

This position offers good variety of work that will see you involved in:

• Delivering integrated projects using Revit.
• Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
• Coordinating designs with Building Services, Architecture and other disciplines.
• Completing self-back checking of work.
• Good communication skills and comfort speaking English.
• Collaboration utilizing BIM360.
• Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams and groups to ensure all design elements are considered.

What you will bring to the team:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in structural design / draftingwith expertise in Autodesk Revit.
• Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, structural details and coordinated drawings.
• Expertise in detailing structural connections and reinforcement in both 2D and 3D.
• An ability to coordinate and manage your own workload, project deliverables, budgets and deadlines, prioritizing accordingly.
• A desire to drive efficiencies through continuous improvement.
• A strong communicator and able to build positive working relationships, internally and externally across all levels of the business.

This job offer can be based either in Makati or Quezon City, depending on your home base / location.
