Responsibilities:- Designing and constructing buildings and structures that are safe and capable of withstanding the elements to which they will be exposed, as well as improving the structural integrity of existing buildings.
Coordinate with Project Architect / Designer to determine the structural requirement for each project (including permit documents)- Lead the Modular Engineering Team from Light Gauge Steel (LGS) design, production, assembly, erection, materials planning and admin function (documentation, billings, etc.)
Plan, direct, coordinate, budget, and perform activities concerned with the putting up or repair of a building structure (other than LGS Structure)
- Effectively convey information in various forms (verbal, written, etc.) in a clear and concise manner within or outside the organization.
Directs the Engineering Modular Team and assign scope of works to respective subordinates.- Conduct site inspection / assessment and provide evaluation to determine the status of the project.
Meet the clients need and provide them information that is important to them regarding the projects
- Consolidate and check weekly accomplishment reports from subordinates
Facilitate coordination meetings to discuss updates and problems that may arise during the course of a project- Monitor and collate all structural cost
Evaluate the cost efficiency level of estimate vs the actual project cost
- Formulates recommendation for value engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 5 years working experience under the field of Structural Design and Construction (including Light Gauge Steel Structure)
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural- Willing to be assigned in Sta. Maria, Bulacan
