STRUCTURAL ENGINEERThe Structural Engineer is responsible for preparing reports, designs, and drawings. The position is responsible for designing structure that must endure stresses and pressures inflicted through human use and environmental conditions.
Create structural models by using computer-aided design software.- Make calculations about loads and stresses.
Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence.
- Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
Comply with construction safety guidelines.- Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
Graduate of BS Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Professional licensed is a plus.
- Qualification and Skill Requirements:
At least 2 years of work experience in construction as structural engineer.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
Ability to read and understand construction plans.
- Ability to interpret instructions either written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Experience in precast design for buildings and infrastructure projects in an advantage.- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
