QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Licensure as a Professional Engineer is preferred.-
Minimum of 3 years of project experience in the construction industry.-Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
-Thorough understanding of engineering principles and project management methodologies.
-Capable of performing cost estimation, basic quantity surveying, and understanding billing processes.
-Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, etc.).
-Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
-Demonstrated ability to handle people and delegate tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Preferably resides in Cavite.
-Immediate availability for work.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in collaboration with stakeholders.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
-Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
-Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and report to stakeholders regularly.
-Resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during project execution.
-Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
-Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary materials and equipment.
-Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
-Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
-Foster a positive team environment and promote continuous learning and development.
