Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.- Provide BIM and drafting support to the Singapore C&S team.
Produce detailed drawings using CAD.
- Produce quantity schedules using BIM.
Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR, and MEP both within local and overseas teams.- Provide BIM Modelling and coordination works
Requirements:- Civil Engineering graduate or equivalent
Proficient in structural detailing and modeling:
- At least 2-3 years experience in RC design/detailing with experience in Precast and Steel detailing. Experience in structural engineering design is an advantage.
At least 2-3 years experience in RC design/detailing, Revit, and AutoCAD. Archicad experience is preferred. Knowledge of Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, and Solibri is a plus.- Preferably with experience in building design/modeling such as residential and condominiums.
Passionate about Structural 3D modeling and 2D detailing to deliver high quality.
- Able to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Proficient in Office applications especially Excel.- Able to communicate with local and overseas clients.
With good work ethics, management skills, and the ability to adapt to tight deadlines.
- Experience in BIM model federation, coordination, and clash detections.
