A construction company established since 1985, with office located in Quezon City, engage in DESIGN & BUILD services specializing in Industrial & Warehouse projects with fabrication plant located in Bulacan.
Applicants _must possess any or most of the following qualifications:_
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
Preferably with at least 1-2year(s) experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural design or equivalent
- Proficient in Excel software particularly _FUNCTIONS_ in formulas.
Knowledge in using STAAD software is an advantage.- Preferably have worked in middle to large-sized firms.
Hardworking, Flexible & willing to work under time pressure.
Primary role involves creating innovative and cost-efficient structural designs for various projects
- Develop excel calculations to have standard calculations for all element types.
Providing the design of reinforcements for the precast element- Works closely with architects and other professionals.
Navigates and understands building codes.
- Create revisions based on comments, recommendations or suggestions.
Monitors construction processes.- Stays up to date with safety codes and improvements in construction.
Coordinating with the superior with all possible structural issues from design team, to production and installation.
- Performs other duties as instructed especially by the President.
