Basic Function:- Prepares structural plans and analysis of house models, amenities and special projects. Coordinates with Architects on design parameters and specifications of structures. Coordinates with Site engineers on existing structural conflicts. Shall be an aide in cost estimates once structural works are done; BOQ and BOM estimates of new model house, amenities and special projects.
Must have experience in structural design, structural analysis, Autocad, Excel, Staad Pro, E-Tabs, Basic estimation (QS).
- MUST BE A LICENSED CIVIL ENGINEER
Willing to be assigned in Makati
