• Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Manager to join our team at KonsultaMD. The Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success by developing and implementing strategic initiatives based on comprehensive analysis of financial data and market trends. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

• Analyze existing financial data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, optimize performance, and enhance competitiveness.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of strategies across the organization.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and impact of strategic initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in healthcare and telemedicine.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or related roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic plans and initiatives.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
