Job Summary: The Strategy Management Manager will be responsible for leading the
development and execution of long-term strategic plans and comprehensive operational plans to
achieve the business goals of Pickup Coffee. This role involves monitoring the performance of
strategic initiatives, tracking progress against goals, and making necessary adjustments. The
Strategy Management Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment and successful execution of strategic projects.
- Strategic Planning:
o Lead the development of long-term strategic plans to drive growth and achieve
business objectives.
o Create comprehensive operational plans that outline the steps needed to execute
the strategic vision.
o Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic
planning processes.
- Performance Management:
o Monitor the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they are on track to meet
set goals.
o Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategic goals.
o Identify areas requiring adjustments and implement changes to ensure the
successful achievement of objectives.
o Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the status of
strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration and Alignment:
o Work with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, finance, and
supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic projects.
o Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments to
support strategic objectives.
o Lead strategic project teams and provide guidance and support to ensure project
success.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
o Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights and
support for strategic initiatives.
o Maintain strong relationships with senior management and other key stakeholders
to ensure alignment and buy-in for strategic plans.
- Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies to
support strategic goals.
o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure the company
remains competitive and innovative.
- Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA or
relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in strategic planning and performance management, preferably in the
retail or food & beverage industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead strategic initiatives.
