The Strategic Sourcing Sr. Specialist is essential for strengthening governance, improving procurement processes, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Manage vendor sourcing, pooling, and accreditation, including necessary documentation (e.g., NDAs).
- Prepare and release Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Information (RFI).
Conduct commercial evaluations, prepare analysis reports, and manage contract approvals.- Facilitate pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications, and contract roll-outs.
Negotiate pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and contract terms with vendors.
- Draft contracts and manage purchase requests, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Monitor contractual obligations and maintain proper documentation and storage of contracts.
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on project procurement, materials planning, and strategic sourcing.- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field; a technical background in project management is preferred.
Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, Business Acumen, Strategic Thinking, Negotiation, and Contract Management.
- Sustainability-minded with expertise in Category Management and Project Procurement.
