Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to expand the company's client base.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives for overseas landbased accounts.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential international clients.
- Develop detailed and accurate proposals and contracts.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the international oilfield services industry.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting international markets.

Reporting and CRM Management:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future strategies.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and document all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oilfield services or related industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the oilfield services industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in handling international accounts and understanding of cultural nuances in business.
