Job Description

Overview

The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration within the landbased account segment, specifically targeting government institutions such as the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and its affiliated agencies. This role requires a deep understanding of the government procurement process, the challenges faced by overseas Filipino workers, and a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with government officials.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting government agencies, particularly the DMW, aligned with overall company objectives.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the government sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the DMW and other relevant government agencies.
Lead and manage a sales team focused on government accounts.
  • Provide sales coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify government procurement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns tailored to government clients.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with government procurement regulations.
Develop a deep understanding of government policies and regulations related to the OFW sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong network within the OFW community and relevant industry associations.
Participate in government bidding processes and ensure compliance with all government requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on government accounts.
  • Proven track record of success in government sales and procurement processes.
Deep understanding of the government procurement process and related laws.
  • Strong knowledge of the OFW sector and the challenges faced by overseas Filipino workers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in addressing government officials.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government stakeholders.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in government bidding and procurement platforms.
