Job Summary:


The Strategic Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the oilfield services industry and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about delivering outstanding service to our clients. Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM is essential to manage sales activities and client interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

- Sales Presentations and Proposals:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

- Develop detailed and accurate proposals and contracts.

- Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the oilfield services industry.

- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Reporting and CRM Management:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to inform future strategies.

- Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage and document all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline data.

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oilfield services or related industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong understanding of the oilfield services industry and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
