ZigZag is looking for a Strategic Lead to join our team!The Agile Lead/Strategic Lead will be responsible for driving the adoption of Agile principles and practices across all areas of operations and project/ initiatives delivery within the company.
The Agile Lead/Strategic Lead will work closely with ZigZag teams, leaders, stakeholders, and project managers to promote a culture of agility and continuous improvement to ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Performance, the Agile Lead will be responsible for expanding and enriching Agile practice, training individuals, delivering metrics, conducting reviews, and managing Agile enhancements initiatives.

- Promote Agile Principles and Practices:
- Work closely with teams, stakeholders, and leaders to instill Agile principles and practices throughout the organization
Assist in training and upskilling individuals to foster a growing appreciation for Agile and its benefits
- Deliver metrics to guide teams in their respective Agile journey fostering a culture of data-driven decision making.
- Grow the Agile Practice:
- Ensure teams are set up for success in adopting Agile methodologies by
providing necessary support and guidance- Collaborate with leaders and teams to foster the adoption and refinement of Agile practices throughout the company
Conduct regular retrospective meetings in respective departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement3. Assist in Strategic Performance Team Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the Strategic Performance Team, actively participate in delivering both team and company-wide activities and initiatives
Work closely with the Head of Strategic Performance Team and various departments to align Agile practices & strategy with overarching strategic goals and initiatives- Leverage Agile methodologies and principles to contribute effectively to the Strategic Performance Team's efforts in driving organizational excellence and agility
Provide valuable insights derived from Agile practices to inform strategic decision-making processes at both team and organizational levels.
- Recommend Workflow Improvements:
- Conduct thorough reviews of Agile applications and recommend improvements to support evolving business needs
Collaborate with teams to implement recommended improvements and ensure alignment with Agile principles.
- Facilitate Agile Adoption:
- Provide needed support to facilitate effective adoption of Agile methodologies across the company, including metrics, training and onboarding
Motivate teams and ensure proper reporting to the Head of the Strategic Performance Team
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-up, Review, and Retrospective
Act as a liaison between ZigZag teams and project managers/product owners, ensuring alignment of project goals and Agile practices- Participate actively in project planning and tracking activities, including backlog grooming, iteration planning, and release planning
Deliver training and coaching sessions on Agile methodologies and best practices to other departments, promoting widespread understanding and adoption.
- Provide Agile coaching to stakeholders outside Agile teams to ensure they
understand the benefits and principles of Agile- Drive the ongoing adoption of Agile practices through regular reviews and assessments of implementation effectiveness
Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for both new and existing ZigZag team members, ensuring a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies
- Identify and implement process improvements to continuously enhance Agile practices in BAU and project delivery processes
Develop and maintain Agile metrics and reports to monitor team performance and progress accurately- Initiate and lead Agile-related initiatives to drive widespread adoption and continuous improvement.ZigZag, as well as the Head of Strategic Performance Team, may establish other requirements from time to time as the need arises. The Agile Lead shall expend best efforts on behalf of ZigZag and agree to abide by all reasonable existing policies and decisions as well as those which may hereafter be issued.

Proven experience leading Agile teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong project management skills- Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience with ClickUp and other Agile tools
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is required
Experience in implementing Agile practices in other areas of operations
Candidates must be willing to report on a hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig City

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
