Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new business opportunities, markets, trends, and products.
• Establish rapport with potential clients and arrange meetings.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
• Lead new marketing initiatives, including lead generation and cold calling.
• Develop proposals and manage RFP response processes.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline and customer database.
• Collaborate with product, finance, logistics, and other teams.
• Attend conferences and industry events to expand networks.
• Continuously seek ways to improve business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, project management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and IT fluency.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multitask efficiently.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
• Availability to travel as needed.
