The Store Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day operation, such as supervision of issue items, staff, stock and resources management.
The Store Manager gives an operational support to F&B production kitchens in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize operation satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the hotel.
Your experience and skills include;
- Previous 5-star hotel experience is an advantage
Excellent in written & verbal communication skills- Strong organizational skills
At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity
- Knowledge in any materials control systems (for example Check EAM, Check SCM, MC System) is preferable.
