The
Storekeeper will follow Kitchen Manager stock forecasts, conducts inventory audits, and oversees month-end inventory.
Monitors incoming deliveries from commissary and suppliers
- Ensures availability of stocks at the assigned store
Organizes and manages anything and everything about the stockroom- Follows stock forecast from Kitchen Manager
Conducts inventory audit and month end inventory.
- Inspects packaged food items such as flour, rice, etc., for insect infestation.
Follows established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties
- Qualifications & experience
Graduate of Hospitality related course- Knows how to use and navigate
SAP
or any similar inventory system
is an advantage 1 yr experience as a stockman in any
fast-food or
casual restaurant set up is a plus
- Amenable to work in Antipolo, Quezon City, Manila and South Area
