JOB OBJECTIVES:Reporting directly to the Area Supervisor, the Store Supervisor is accountable for overall customer satisfaction by ensuring all store personnel under his/her consistently delivers ultimate shopping experience. The Store Supervisor is responsible for selling floor leadership with the overall goal of customer satisfaction. He/She is accountable for sales performance, focusing on growth and profitability, merchandising standards, store operations and development of assigned store personnel in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
_Operational Effectiveness
_- Executes and comply with all company policies and procedures
Communicates with Supervisor for all store related concerns
- Monitors stores controllable expenses and makes recommendations when necessary
Logs disbursement of petty cash and reminds immediate superior of replenishment- Monitors proper use of issued office and store supplies
Ensures store has adequate stocks of required store and office supplies
- Coordinates with Area Manager in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales target
Coordinates with Mall Managers and Leasing Managers for all store related concerns- Ensures that new arrivals are highlighted at the selling floor and collaterals are in designated locations.
Cascades all product information to ensure product awareness
- Transmits all circulars from the mall to Area Manager
Ensures that urgent documents like statements of accounts are properly labeled URGENT and transmitted immediately.- Lead by example. Strict compliance to company policies and procedures.
Plans for upcoming mall events to maximize activity
- Accomplishes Store Checklist daily to ensure smooth store operation

People Management_
- Provides leadership for all store personnel assigned
Ensures fair discipline for substandard performance- Ensures timely submission of payroll requirements
Plans and conducts regular meetings with staff to cascade directives from Area
- Manager and other department heads
Evaluates performance of store personnel and provides appropriate recommendations.- Ensures that any incidents out of the ordinary at the store are reported to the Area Supervisor immediately after the incident followed by a written incident report.
_Customer Experience
_- Ensures that the AFF selling standard is implemented
Ensures consistent implementation of display guidelines.
- Coaches staff on how to handle customer objections
Oversees staff in delivering AFF customer experience

Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent- With at least minimum 2 years experience as a Store Supervisor in the retail or food industry is preferred
With strong leadership qualities
- Highly effective organizational skills, attentive to details
Excellent written and communication skills- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Preferably familiar with the demographics of area assigned
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint
