- Cashiering - must be knowledgeable in POS
Inventory Management - must be knowledgeable in stock analysis- People Management - Leads, motivates and develops the team to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.
Communicates confidently and effectively, building positive working relationship.
- Ensures store security, concerning stock and money, policies and procedures are complied with.
Creates a safe working environment for employees and customers through ensuring Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to.- Delivers high level of customer service to the internal and external customers at all times to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
