Job Descriptions:- Daily morning meeting: assign work, remind of abnormal cases, feedback of abnormal cases from the previous day from all staff, feedback progress, new products knowing, and confirm to-do items.
Check the environment inside and outside the store before open for business and staff's uniform and badge- KPI achievement; Allocate manpower and balance front and back office; Track the daily engineer waiting part list; Check the application progress of the part, follow up the delivery of spare parts and relevant pre-response
On-site customer and customer service/social media feedback case handling
- Analysis and feedback of abundant repair cases of the same item in short period
Daily evening meeting: check revenue account, service quantity by receptionist, maintenance quantity by engineer, spare parts quantity by warehouse operation- Organize the environment cleaning after business hours (all staff)
Store P&L analysis and optimization
Graduate of any 4 years course
- At least 2 years experience in service center management
Experienced in repairing gadgets is an advantageWilling to start ASAP
