Job Description
Will directly manage the store from all aspect of management and will be reporting to Area Sales Managers and to VP-Retail Operations
Will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning
Knows how to analyze the brands and to look for possible effective strategies that could help the store in reaching their set quota
Coordinate with the store staff to ensure sufficient inventory versus the targeted sales
Knows how to effectively communicate with the staff, vendors, mall admin and 3rd party agencies/Coop
Maintains optimal customer service and compliance with the company standards
Encourage store staff to interact with customers and build up their personality and confidence
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time

Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Has strong Customer Service Skills
With good interpersonal and communication skills
With strong Store Management Skills
Willing to work on retail store hours
Must willing to be assigned in ROBINSONS MAGNOLIA
