We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Store Supervisor to join our team. The Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the performance of Baristas/Cashiers in the assigned store/s to ensure the delivery of sales required from its operation. The ideal candidate will be able to fulfill any other duties assigned by the Area Manager. Additionally, the Store Supervisor will represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the performance of Baristas/Cashiers to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service
Monitor and achieve sales targets set for the store/s- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner- Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Excellent leadership and communication skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
