The store supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring that all products and services are up to company's standards. Store supervisor/manager must also be able to handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, which includes: product receiving, merchandising, POS sales and reporting, and cash management.
Effectively manage the store inventory, keeping optimum stock keeping unit of all products, does ordering and manage shrinkage (pilferage and wastage) to a minimum.
Manage customer-related concerns, issues and complaints.
Manage crew performance (hiring and firing) and other HR-related issues.
Implement store promotional activities.
Remits cash sales daily and tally reports with POS.
Oversees store upkeep and cleanliness.
Manage store opex and utilities and maintain to acceptable levels.
Does monthly sales and net Income report and submits the same to Franchisee for vetting and approval.
Qualifications
Must be a graduate of a 4 year course
At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, wholesale or in any related industry
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Amenable to work full time, in a shifting schedule and 6 day work week
Committed to work assigned hours
Must be able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, and holidays)
Stores operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
