Store Supervisor (Makati City)

Shake Shack PH is looking for passionate Store Supervisor to join our growing community!

Must be willing to be assigned in Greenbelt Makati City.

• JOB OVERVIEW:

The store supervisor is responsible for supervising the store operations to work as a cohesive team in delivering quality food products and excellent customer service while balancing it with a results-oriented objective.

• KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Customer Satisfaction
• Deliver excellent service for both internal and external customers

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the entire store

• Food Products & Other Supplies
• Ensure that proper standards and procedures in the preparation of food ingredients are followed.

Conduct proper forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering

• Equipment & Machines
• Check equipment, furniture, and fixtures for daily, weekly, and monthly equipment maintenance;

Ensure that all equipment and machines are operational.

• Safety, Sanitation & Security
• Implement the safety and security procedures in the stores

Implement proper food wastage and garbage disposal

• Implement regular pest control maintenance

• Manpower
• Prepares the store weekly schedule

Monitor staff attendance and man-hour stage

• Coach and mentor store staff

• Overall Store Performance
• Monitor, gather, and analyze sales performance matrix. Make necessary actions to improve store performance

Conduct programs and procedures to prevent pilferages/inside theft

• JOB REQUIREMENT:

Associate/College Level of Business, Hospitality Management /Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent course

• Experience in the Food or Hospitality industry is an advantage.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills; customer service oriented

Proficient in online tools/software and Inventory system

6 days/weekly, shifting schedule
