Summary of responsibilities:
The Store Supervisor ensures overall customer satisfaction by leading store personnel to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and by overseeing sales performance, merchandising standards, and store operations. They are also responsible for driving growth and profitability while developing staff in accordance with company policies.
Job Description:
- Supervise and support store associates, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and sales transactions.- Drive sales and meet performance targets by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring product availability.
Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.
- Maintain store visual standards, including merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, training, and expectations.- Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and other key performance metrics.
Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating store staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
