Job Description

ROLE:

Ensures the smooth and profitable operation of concession and retail stores within the designated area. Responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, overseeing staff performance and upholding high standards for customer service and visual merchandising.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sales & Profitability:
Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability across assigned stores.
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust staffing levels and product offerings accordingly.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Set daily sales goals for concession and retail stores and track progress towards achieving them.
Identify sales opportunities through promotions, marketing initiatives, and upselling techniques.
  • Feedback on best sellers and slow-moving items. Recommend product assortment to maximize sales.
  • Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment of stocks as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and prevent shrinkage.
Implement efficient procedures for handling returns and repairs.
  • Staff Management:
Train and supervise a team of direct and agency-hired selling personnel.
  • Ensure staff are familiar with all company policies and procedures.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees to improve their performance.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Create a positive and motivating work environment for staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
  • Customer Service:
Ensure all concession or retail store employees provide exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback and take action to address any issues.
  • Visual Merchandising:
Ensure concession or retail stores comply with all visual merchandising standards.
  • Implement creative displays to attract customers.
Maintain a clean and organized appearance in all concession and retail areas.
  • Monitor the condition of fixtures/ equipment and report any maintenance issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate sales and inventory records for all concession or retail stores
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Participate in safety and security audits.
  • Stay informed about trends in the retail/concession industry and implement best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Experience:
  • Store Management: 2 years (Preferred)
