JOB DESCRIPTION- Focus on customer relations
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints
- _Sales and Cash Management_
- Work with Area Sales and Operations Manager(s) to achieve monthly sales target and performance metrics.
- Safekeeping of cash sales.
- Establishes clean and challenging sales objective by conducting daily huddle.
- Oversees local store marketing (LSM) activities as designated by the Head of Marketing
- Ensures that all in-mall and in-store marketing collaterals should be displayed at the appropriate locations andmonitored as to expiration of display.
- Communicate information about new products, services and company promotions, training his team to offer the same to the clients
- Performs coaching and mentoring sessions with team members to achieve performance standards
- Manage training schedule of team members to ensure they undergo required corporate training.
- Promote culture of discipline in the store
- Maintain salon organization and sanitation, inventory control, security and asset protection
Graduate of any 4-year course OR at least college level
- At least 1 year experience in store supervision of leadership role
F & B, Fashion Retail or Retail Experience are the expected work backgrounds- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays

Pay: Php17,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
