Performs cashiering functions smoothly and in a standard manner.- Performs and ensures accurate and regular physical count.
Delivers high level of customer service to the internal and external customers at all times to maximize sales potential and achieve targets.
- Implements display and visual merchandising to enhance sales at all times.
Ensures budget for store is managed and that expenditure stays within agreed levels.- Ensures store administration is carried out according to statutory procedure.
Creates a safe working environment for employees and customers through ensuring Health and Safety regulations and guidelines are adhered to.
- Ensures store security, concerning stock and money, policies and procedures are complied with.
Leads, motivates and develops the team to maximize performance and achieve business objectives.- Has the ability to analyze data and identify issues and provide recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
Has the ability to report sales and data analysis.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related course
- With at least 3 years of experience in Sales Supervisory at a Retail Apparel Store
Knowledge in Retail Pro POS software is an advantage- Willing to work during Holidays
