JOB SUMMARYRetail Supervisors are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock, and resources management.
- SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training, supervising and appraising staff
Maintaining sales records Promoting and marketing the business
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
Overseeing correct pricing and stock control- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Preparing promotional materials and displays
Minimum of 2 years work experience in sales.- Minimum of 1 year work experience supervising and managing a professional staff of at three.
Bachelor's Degree in any field required.
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics:
Strong effective communicator.- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
Forecasting skills necessary in ordering of goods. Has a good decision-making skill.

Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers and suppliers.
