Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for training and monitoring store personnel about store policies.
Assist the store manager in overseeing merchandise, inventory, and cleanliness.- Responsible for monitoring the cashiers and store transactions.
Ensure the promotions and events sales are accurate.
- Provide customer service for complaints and resolve issues.
Bachelor's degree in Business or any equivalent field
- 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in Retail Store Operations.
