Doing Sales Report, Cashiers Report, COD Report, CSR Report & Marketing Expenses Report
- On-time sending of Time monitoring
Training, supervising, and appraising staff; Measure Staff performance.- Managing budgets through petty cash or handling revolving fund
Maintaining statistical and financial records: Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff.
- Overseeing stock control. Must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being out of stock.
Responsible for the smooth and effective functioning of the store.- Preparing promotional materials and displays. Responsible for maintaining the overall image of the store. The merchandise must be sensibly displayed to catch the attention of customers immediately.
Must ensure that the store meets the expectations of the customers and lives up to its predefined brand image.
- Liaising with head office and is responsible for managing the assets of the store. The store Manager must ensure the security and safety of the store.
Along with Sales Associate are responsible for planning, managing profit, and loss, handling cash at the store as well as collating daily sales as well as other necessary reports.- Must ensure to reach Sales Monthly Quota
Ensure that the Audit Checklist is monitored daily, duties and responsibilities of the staff are being followed
