Oversee all front and back of the house operations- Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service, respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
Maintain quality control for all food served
- Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
Responsible for POS machine maintenance and use- Project future need for goods, kitchen supplies and cleaning products, orders accordingly
Generate weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Train new employee and provide ongoing training for all staff
Graduate of BS HRM or any food and beverage related course
- 1 to 2 years proven experience as Cafe or Restaurant Supervisor
Excellent in written and verbal communication- Must have customer service skills
Willing to be assigned in M Place South Triangle, Quezon City
