Responsible for product availability- Manage stores CA budget, sales, staff scheduling, management and development.
Manage and report on all store maintenance and cleanliness issues.
- Manage all store communication and liaison with mall admin and third party service providers.
Liaise with other internal departments for supplies and other support services- Manage all store merchandising and displays.
Resolve customer complaints, inquires and feed backs.
- Daily projection of production and ensuring high product quality.
To establish, execute and maintain best practices in the area of sales management, personnel development and store operations.- To manage bakers and cake decorators under her/his responsibility.
Gatekeeper to all company-set competency standards.
- Responsible with implementing all instructions from the management.
