Rustan Group of Companies, is currently looking for a
Store Supervisor to be assigned at
Shake Shack - Central Square BGC.
- Role: Lead the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of the Shack by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards and the culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the flow of service to ensure the highest levels of Safety, Cleanliness, Quality, and Speed, while simultaneously upholding Shack standards of Hospitality in all interaction.- Leads the shift through proper kitchen and floor management, ensuring that the shift is highly productive and efficient.
Directly manages Shack Member training, development and growth plans, and progressive discipline when appropriate.
- Assists in monitoring all administrative functions (i.e. Receiving, Inventory, Scheduling, etc.) at the Shack to ensure operational excellence and consistency.
Leads and works to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards - Ensuring safety and cleanliness.
College Graduate, preferably has subjects related to Food Preparation or any related program- At least has Leadership or Supervisory Experience
At least has Kitchen (preparation) Exposure / Experience
- Energetic, Creative, Committed, Team player, Customer-service driven
Keen Attention to Details- Good Communication Skills
Has an interest in Kitchen Work
- Ability to work under stress
