With at least 3 years of experience in overseeing store branches
_What are the key responsibilities and accountabilities:

The Store Supervisor will focus on the following:- Allocate manpower in each store per assigned area.
Evaluate store employee performance.
- Review and assess the performance evaluation of store employee.
Monitor stocks per area to prevent Overstocking/Understocking.- Suggest branch to branch transfer of stocks.
Review Audit reports on stock inventory (Physical Count).
- Analyze fast moving and non-moving items.
Decide upselling strategies for promoting non-moving items.- Monitor and reports overall center concerns and directly deals with concerned departments.
Monitor daily and monthly sales.
- Observe effectiveness of promos.
Suggest promotion improvements to Regional Sales Manager- Conduct regular surprise center visits.
Check and observe if the standard operating procedures in stores are implemented.
- Submit & present area sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager
