Job descriptionOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficient management of inventory, adherence to operational procedures, achievement of sales targets, and exceptional customer service. Generate and analyze Inventory Monitoring Reports- Ensure adequate stock levels in the store to prevent stock-outs and minimize disruptions in sales.

SALES MANAGEMENT: Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets.- Implement local store marketing activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic.
Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective supervision and motivation of staff.
Oversee the implementation of opening and closing procedures, including adherence to checklists.
- Ensure cash counts are accurately recorded in the logbook.
Manage cash handling procedures, including cash deposits, recording cash receipts, and change fund management.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the store, including periodic cleaning of CR, equipment, and store premises.- Supervise the operation of equipment such as TVs and POS systems, ensuring functionality and proper maintenance.
Provide oversight of customer service activities, ensuring high standards of service delivery.- Handle customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively, resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance on work processes, discipline, and customer service orientation.- Optimize staff schedules to ensure efficient staffing levels.
Ensure that all company procedures and policies are properly implemented and followed by store staff.
- Monitor attendance and implement disciplinary measures as necessary to maintain team performance and morale.
- 7.PROMOTIONS AND MARKETING:
Implement promotional activities and special offers to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Graduate of any four (4) year course.
- At least 2+ years of experience as a store supervisor in food or non-food industry.
Proficient in MS Office
