Ensures merchandise availability by constant monitoring, reordering & stock transfers Monitors own and staff's daily sales performance vs targets and ensures measures are put in place for its accomplishment
- Determines team strategy to reach sales targets by reviewing store sales records and growth of different product categories
Actively supports events by pushing NPDs, implementing promos, and selling instructions; markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans- Ensures excellent store condition at all times
Maintains excellent customer service by implementing S.A.L.E.S process
- Determines team strategy to reach sales targets by reviewing inventory movement of all product categories
