Primary Responsibilities:- Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control per store.- Monitoring deliveries for all the store assigned to him/her.
Analyzing sales performance and forecasting future sales.
- Ensuring sales target area achieved.
Ensuring of compliance to standard operating procedures of all the store assigned to him/her.- Responding to customer complaints.
Help marketing department in organizing special promotions, display and events.
- Update Retail Operations Manager on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
Ensure that standard planogram of products is executed properly.- Collate monthly sales report for submission to Retail Operations Manager.
Open new account.
- General Responsibilities:
Perform cross-functional duties that may assigned from immediate superior in the attainment of department/ section objectives.
- Monitor and perform 5S of good housekeeping practices in the workplace
Adheres to company rules and regulations, QEHS Policy and standard operating procedures.- Preparation of reports and maintaining records in relation to and in compliance with the ISO requirements, procedures, and guidelines.
Implement Quality Management System quality procedures and work instruction and other related provisions of the Quality Manual
