Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
Must have at least 2 to 3 years or more experience in multi-site facilities operations management role- Experience in Project Management (Construction, Renovation, Fit-out, Retrofitting)
Knowledge in vendor contract management
- Strong communication skills and capable of handling high level communication with landlords and Building Administrators
Ability to work effectively within deadlines in a fast-faced and growing environment- Organizational skills coupled with attention to detail and follow-up
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage store ingress and egress activities
- Ensure complete issuance and deployment of required Ophthalmic equipment and supplies for new stores
Acts as the Project Manager for all store closure, demolition, and pull out.- Conduct quality audit to EO- Executive Optical stores/branches nationwide
Evaluate the store condition and recommend applicable improvement related to the general physical store condition, illumination, and aesthetics.
- Ensure full compliance to EO-Executive Optical store design standards of all operating units.
