Subject-Matter Expert level familiarity with Tonik's Shop Installment Loan.
- Continuously learning/updating new products and processes.
To verify, authenticate and validate documents that will be submitted thru Tonik's digital banking app.- Assist and guide customers in onboarding to Tonik's digital banking app.
Assist and guide customers in applying for any of Tonik's loan products in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Continuous good cooperation with store staff, and good compliance with regulations of the merchant partner.
Assist Tonik in fulfilling its sales plans.- Working hours dependent on Tonik and merchant partner guidelines (6 days/week + attendance during critical workdays).
Maintain good image of Tonik at the store level.
- Preserve and protect any and all equipment/collateral supplied by Tonik.
Support Tonik policies on mitigating operational risk and fraud at the store level as dictated by Tonik policies.
