Duties and responsibilities :- Project Supervisor will be in-charge on the end to end monitoring of Southstar Drug projects
From time to time project supervisor maybe requested to help the design team on the ocular visit of proposed site and prepare as-built plan- Monitor working drawing completion of project upon awarding
Closely monitor construction progress assuring that plans and materials indicated on the Bid Tender are being followed and used
- Assure that projects will be completed based on agreed timeline and cost
Closely monitor permit compliance of contractors in terms of building and occupancy permit application- Coodinate with Sub-contractors particularly, aircon provider, signage provider, and others.
Assure that sub-contractors will proceed with their own work within schedule
- Coordinate with procurement department and warehouse in terms of fixed asset delivery
Coordinate with Facility Management department for the schedule of In-house asset installation- Prepare turnover documents and project inspection report
Graduate of Civil Engineer or Architect- At least 2 years of experience in doing project management
Proficient in using Autocad Application and sketch up.

Work arrangement: Mondays to Fridays 8AM to 6:30PM
