JOB OVERVIEWThe Store Sales Operations Manager (SSOM) shall be responsible for the overall management of the retail store branch operation that primarily focuses on the following:
People Management- Customer Service / Handling Complaints
Merchandising Protocol / Promotion / Dissemination
- Inventory Management / Stock Replenishment
Safety, Health, Cleanliness and Orderliness Management (6S)
Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Business Management or any 4-year business-related courses;- At least 2 years of related experience (preferably in an industrial/retail industry);
Proven track record of achieving sales targets;
- With strong leadership skills
Preferably with strong business management background experience/exposure;- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent negotiation and coordination skills;
- Results-driven, detail and deadline-oriented;
Can understand marketing objectives, strategies and action plans including competitive market and industry structures;- Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols
Knowledge in visual merchandising display
