The key objective of this position is to oversee the overall store operations, drive sales by promoting the products of the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance of the store and sales staff to company policies and procedures
Monitor and manage daily merchandise display to promote sales- Manage individual performance of each team member
Ensure that the set quota is achieved
- Manage stock level and stock control of the store
Train all team members and new employees
Qualifications:- Candidates must be at least a graduate of a 4-year course
Years of related experience is required
- Required skills: Sales, Customer Service, Store Operations, Communication, Negotiation Skills, Leadership, People Management
Must be amenable to work in any of the ff branches: Glorietta Mall Makati / Robinsons Place Ermita Manila
