Duties and Responsibilities- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Directly Accountable to the Chief Executive Officer for all Store Related Matters in the Store Outlet
Implements all Company Policies and Procedures and ensures that all Store Personnel are informed and understands all Company initiatives.
Manages operation through regular planning; leading through instruction and guidance; organizing by aligning objectives and ensuring control and consistently upheld.
Handles Customer Complaints and makes the necessary action to correct/explain to the guest of what had happened and informs the Head Office/Warehouse for corrective action.
Implements Cash Control and other Accounting Related Activities including deposit of daily sales of the Store Outlet, Petty Cash, Tip Monitoring and Disbursement, and other Store Outlet Money Matters.
Assesses and approves Work Schedule submitted by the Assistant Store Manager based on Manpower Compliment
The Store Manager/OIC will be the one to conduct the Month End Inventory of the Store on a monthly basis.
Checks the inventory of Store Outlet Stocks and other supplies and approves recommendations of the Assistant Store Manager based on Store Inventory.
Monitors Store Outlet performance and seeks innovative ways in improving Store Outlet productivity and hitting Sales Targets imposed by the Chief Executive Officer.
Ensures that all day-to-day transactions are properly recorded in the Store's Manager's Logbook and coordinated with the Head Office for proper information and action
Monitors Store Budget and other Store Related Expenses
Maintain close liaison to Mall and Government Agencies related to Store Operations
Identifies current/possible problems encountered by the Store Outlet to the Head Office for immediate action
Reports to the Chief Executive Officer and to the Human Resource Department any matter adversely affecting the morale and welfare of Store Personnel
Checks if the newly hired Store Personnel were properly trained/oriented by the Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor in their respective stations in the Store Outlet
Reviews Store Personnel Performance and makes recommendations to concerned employees and HRD for corrective action.
Conducts investigation on Store Violation and facilitate in the processing of Incident Report to concerned Store Personnel and coordinates with Human Resource Department for proper implementation of Company Rules and Regulation.
Monitors infractions committed by the Store Personnel for proper corrective action and coordination to the HRD.
Presides in regular meetings done in the Store Outlet and assist any Head Office Personnel in any initiatives being rolled out in the Store.
Ensure that 201 Files of Store Personnel is complete, intact and updated
Adhere to the rules and regulation of the company
Other duties assigned from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer and/or other Authorized Officers coming from the Head Office.

Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items.
