Supervising the day to day operations of the store- Ensuring that the sales target and other store compliance are met
Ensuring that all customers are provided with a great shopping experience
- Training, assisting, supervising, counseling, motivating & evaluating all staff in the store
Submitting reports on a regular basis or as required- Dealing with customer complaints properly
Overseeing accuracy of stock pricing
- Maximizing profitability of the store
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations- Preparing promotional materials and ensuring that they are displayed on time
Liaising with the Main Office
- Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
