- Coach, Motivate, develop, manage and Inspire a team
Developing and Maintain Sales, Profit, and Loss (P&L).- Delivering Store fundamental principles of customer service.
Set action plans to optimize product and stock management.
- Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability
Maintaining Visual directives and standards are maintained- Maintains a high level of customer focus and leads by example with clear and engaging communication
Enhance brand loyalty by empowering the team to create a natural and personable experience for customers
- Develop a balance of strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
Becoming the brand ambassador.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting at the same level.
Minimum Bachelor Degree at any field- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
