Manages overall operations of the wine store. Must implement all policies and procedures of the company.- Manages all other store specialists (clerks) and assists in coaching, training, scheduling, and evaluation of store specialists at branch level.
Reports directly to Ownership and Head Office Management the overall performance, sales, and inventory of the store branch on a scheduled basis. (Daily/monthly sales, etc.)
- Responsible for direct sales and operations of cash register and inputting sales into POS/ Inventory System. Maintains proper handling of cash registry, processcredit card/debit, e-wallet transactions to facilitate payments and salestransactions.
Responsible for sales performance and target achievement and motivates salesstaff to achieve targets.- Upholds the brand image of Ralph's Wines & Spirits and partner brands by displaying consistent professionalism and adhering to all company standards, policies, and procedures.
Must provide exceptional customer service to deliver a high-level customer experience.
- Must be proficient in communicating product and wine knowledge to the customer.
Addresses customer complaints/problems in a friendly and professional manner.- Ensures all inventory is accurate and is accountable for variances. Accountable for the proper handling and safe keeping of all stocks.
Communicates with suppliers and processes the orders as needed.
- Coordinates shifting schedule with all store personnel.
Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, monitoring, and appraising job results.- Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Works with management in obtaining all necessary municipal permits, government certifications, and other relevant documentation required for the operation of the store.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
Must be Day shift and Night shift flexible.
