Sales Target Management: Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets set by our clients. Analyze data, trends, and customer behavior to optimize strategies for maximum sales performance.
Team Scheduling: Efficiently schedule and organize team activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and coverage to meet client needs. Coordinate team members schedules for seamless project execution.
Goal Setting and Coordination: Collaborate with the Team Leader and Key Account Manager (KAM) to establish clear objectives and strategies aligned with client goals. Regularly communicate and update the team on targets and performance metrics.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on project progress, sales performance, and critical metrics regularly. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of each team member monthly
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in store management, sales, project management, e-commerce or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
