JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for the achievement of the store KPI, excellent customer service, good general housekeeping and proper visual standard.
Ensure the attainment of sales and target of the branch.- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints.
- Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with approved store visual standards.
Maintains appropriate stock levels in the branch.- Ensure that all items are properly secured and accounted for at all times.
Monitors and analyzes merchandise movement and recommends appropriate actions for slow moving items.
- Ensures that all concern staff are effectively executing their assigned tasks and functions.
Performs regular review on branch staff performance.- Ensures smooth implementation of company policies, systems and procedures and regulations in the branch level.
Ensure proper training of staff prior to deployment.
- Produces regular reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company which your superior may ask or direct you to perform.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or any course.- 2- 3 years of working experience in the related field.
With experience in supervising store specializing in retail store operations or equivalent.
